Spinel

Umbreon

A high-ranking Explorers commander orchestrating the hunt for Terapagos; his treasured Umbreon, Beheeyem and Magneton serve his schemes.

A calm, bespectacled man with dark hair, dressed neatly in the Explorers' dark attire.

Composed, cunning and quietly menacing, Spinel manipulates events from the shadows with cold intelligence.
