1. Acceptance

By using Pokémon Minigames, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Pokémon Minigames is a free fan-made gaming platform inspired by the Pokémon franchise. It provides browser-based mini-games, character information, and community features.

The service is free of charge. There is no subscription, no purchase, and nothing on this site costs money.

3. No Advertising

Pokémon Minigames shows no advertising. No ad network, video advertising partner or advertising cookie runs on the site, and nothing about your visit is shared with advertisers. If this ever changes, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

4. Fan-Made Disclaimer

Pokémon Minigames is an unofficial, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, or any other official Pokémon rights holder, licensor, or publisher.

“Pokémon”, all character names, likenesses, artwork, logos, and related content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. They are used here only for identification and non-commercial fan purposes under fair use. No ownership of these trademarks or copyrighted materials is claimed.

5. Copyright & Takedown Requests

We respect the rights of intellectual property owners. If you are a rights holder (or their authorised agent) and believe that content on Pokémon Minigames infringes your copyright or trademark, please contact us at animegamesdle@gmail.com with details of the material in question. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the relevant content promptly.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share your credentials with others.

One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, traded, or transferred. You must be old enough to use the service under the rules in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the platform. Automated access or scraping is not permitted. Use the feedback system responsibly.

You also agree not to: manipulate scores, streaks, leaderboards or the coin economy by any means other than playing; use more than one account to gain an advantage; attempt to overload or disrupt the service; or reproduce substantial parts of the site or its databases without permission.

8. User Content

Chat messages, usernames, and feedback you submit are your responsibility. Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that infringes anybody’s rights. We may remove any content and withdraw access to community features at any time, and moderation tools inside the site exist for exactly that purpose.

9. Virtual Items & Progress

Coins, cards, packs, ranks, XP and similar in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and confer no ownership or property rights. They may be adjusted, reset or removed — for example to fix a bug, rebalance a game, or reverse abuse.

Progress is stored on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that saved progress, stats or collections will be preserved indefinitely.

10. Availability & Changes to the Service

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Games, features and content may be added, changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

11. Third-Party Links

The site links to other websites — among them our sister anime mini-game sites and our Discord community. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Email Communications

When you create an account, you agree to receive occasional emails from us about the service, including announcements of new games, new pages, and important updates. You can opt out of these announcement emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing animegamesdle@gmail.com. Essential account and security emails may still be sent.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, cheats, or abuses other players. You may delete your account at any time by contacting animegamesdle@gmail.com; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

14. Limitation of Liability

Pokémon Minigames is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost progress, service interruptions, or the actions of third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you. Company and contact details are in the Legal Notice.

16. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
